Palazzo Tronconi is a stronghold of organic farming. Palazzo Tronconi is the sum of a winery, a tavern and a marvellous B&B in the charming town of Arce, around one hour south direction from Rome. In its tenures, biodynamic farming takes place only. The main vines are indigenous ones, such as Lecinaro, Maturano Nero, Pampanaro, Capolongo and Maturano Bianco. There are also more known berries such as Merlot, Sangiovese and Syrah. Palazzo Tronconi is inspired by millenary traditions and extremely innovating techniques.

The breathe of the earth, the rain seasons, the time for the sunlight – this is what Palazzo Tronconi takes into account to preserve the equilibrium of the tenures and the strength of the lands. Organic wine production means banishment of any herbicide, of any chemical fertiliser and any possible add-on or any forced stabilisation in the cellars.
