Riserva della Cascina is a winery that preserves the nature of the Ancient Appia park in Rome since 1946. Riserva della Cascina is one of the rare examples of organic farming done in Rome. Riserva della Cascina counts on a high-quality production of different types of vines, such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cesanese, Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, Bombino and Trebbiano.
