Trebotti winery: a name for organic farming

Trebotti winery was founded in 2003 and it has bet everything on natural wine making, food quality and independence. Born for the three Botti brothers, Trebotti winery is at the crossroads of three regions, namely: Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. Thanks to constant innovation and research, strong bonds with the university and research centres, Trebotti winery has established innovative organic farming methods able to maintain the natural cycles of crops and of the land.

Bolsena lake and the rural richness

Trebotti is not just organic wine. Trebotti also makes other organic products, like honey, extravirgin olive oil, honey and hazelnuts cream, wine jelly “Bludom” up to organic pecorino goat cheese. The variety and the richness of Trebotti organic products are crafted in the nearby terroir of Bolsena Lake, the largest volcanic lake in Europe. From the volcanic soils, the grapes absorb minerality, releasing organic wines with fine complexity and that characterised by unique longevity.

Among the white vines, we can mention Grechetto, Trebbiano, and Manzoni. Among the red ones, one can taste Violone, a biotype of Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Aleatico. Per each of the produced organic wine, Trebotti can track the entire supply chain, from production to bottling, from the environment protection up to rural tourism.
